I know I am going to be accused of whinging but I feel SO ill.
I have a bad cold, which I picked up at York I think, because it was freezing cold. And so I'm sitting here in a scarf, as well as my blazer with a thick cardigan underneath and I am STILL COLD.
This must surely prove that I am ill.
Huh.
Well, anyway, I saw Harry Potter, and I will tell you some things before I fall asleep on the keyboard here, because my eyes do not want to stay open - I think I will get sent home 3rd period because Mrs MacKenzie is nice and though I can't really afford to miss History I will make it up alright - :-
1. Lots of people from the common room saw Goblet of Fire (GoF) over the weekend.
2. Most of them thought it was at least alright; Lissa didn't expect it to be good but liked it, and she and Cheryl cried. Why, I don't know. Possibly over the MC death, but...
3. Jamie and Shavey also went to see it and said it was rubbish. As a diehard Potter buff I had to say I loved it, even if I didn't, but I did love it. It is my favourite so far. I ate a large tub of popcorn practically all by myself, and then I went back to the hotel and had a small bowl of chips and a scoop of ice cream (though not at the same time) and I felt awful, I figured as a result of TOO MUCH FOOD but actually because I was coming down with this cold, which I woke up with yesterday morning and shivered (literally, and huge shivers, not just little ones) all day yesterday.
4. I got my new computer last night! Or, my new tower anyway!!! Here is a link to a picture of the same tower as I have...
